Drink water : When you start eating healthy with increased fiber intake it causes constipation so it is critical to have enough water intake make sure you drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily soda and juices and coffee do not count towards the daily water intake keep up the good healthy habit you have started it will be good for you in the long run i hope that helped.
