Depends: I assume the Depo-Provera you are talking about is Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone). This works as birth control for 12 weeks so this could have worn off and now you are ovulating. Typically periods will start 2 weeks after a positive opk. I have no idea when the OPK was positive to predict when a period should start. However with dmpa menses may resume immediately or it may be months before your cycles return.
