See answer : The overall success rate for IUI is ~10-20% per menstrual cycle and closer to 20% if fertility drugs are used by the female. Success dependent on many factors: age of woman, volume of semen, total sperm count, total sperm motility count, presence of ovulation problems, etc. If no success after 3-6 cycles, consideration should be given to other options such as ivf.
