Can i take 2 10mg Claritin (loratadine) a day for chronic urticaria?

No: Claritin (loratadine) is not approved at 20 mg. My experience is that zyrtec is better. Take 10 mg. You can add Pepcid otc in combination with the zyrtec for even greater efficacy.
