Braces sores: Take 1 200mg Ibuprofen/Advil/Motrin every 4 hours w food or 8oz liquid. Rinse w 1 tsp salt in 8oz warm water--swish and spit out--3 times/day. Use lots of way. Eat a soft high-protein diet (eggs, ice cream, pudding, fish, etc) so your body has building blocks to repair. Call the General Dentist or specialist Orthodontist that is treating you for additional advice. They will want to hear from you.
