Check with ODH: Free blood tests are not usually available. The ohio dept. Of health (odh) distributes funds to the ohio federally qualified health centers (fqhcs) to pay for the uninsured care program. You can find an fqhc or fqhc look-alike by calling the ohio association of community health centers (oachc) at (888) 884-3101.

Ask your doctor: A number of us have contracts with major labs and those lab companies will offer discounts to cash paying patients. Quest is one major company that will do so.
