See details: The best option depends on the severity of the skin involvement. Often topical cortisone creams are adequate for mild, localized disease. Phototherapy is also valuable. For more severe disease, biologic agents such as strattera, (atomoxetine) enbrel, Humira and Remicade are extremely effective.
