Methadone: Methadone will certainly make your drug screen positive. It is important that anyone that randomly tests you ( an employer) knows that you are on methadone.

Need more info: If you have not had a narcotic by iv, ingestion, snorted or applied topically for 30 months then the likelihood of having a positive blood or urine test is very low. If the test is positive while you are on Methadone then you must seek guidance with your counselor.

Not sure: Unsure what you are asking. If you are on Methadone and have rx, then you will be positive for it on a drug test.
