Nausea?: If you mean nausea around ovulation that's actually fairly common. It is usually a prostaglandin effect and often gets better with NSAID use (like ibuprofen, advil, aleve (naproxen).) sore throat and congestion are very unusual complaints and likely not related to ovulation.
