Eat nutritious snack: Often times when people have a sweet tooth hurts, their body may be slightly hypoglycemic. So in order to improve that, you can take or eat things like carrot or celery sticks, if you want dipped in ranch salad dressing, or if not peanut allergic, then peanut butter. Best to use something that doesn't contain refined sugars, or syrups, but have a little bit more protein in it, this will reduce your cravings, and you will feel satisfied. Nuts are great too, as long as you're not allergic to them.
