Depo shot: Depoprovera can last a few months in the system after the last dose. It can take even up to 18 months to regain fertility after the last shot. Now that you are not using it, the body is regaining the tissues that lies inside the uterus and that could be the cause of your symptom. However always consider pregnancy if you are not using contraception.
