A member asked:

If there is one, what is the most common reason for fetal tachycardia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

My bet: I'm not a pediatric or neonatal cardiologist, but i believe that the most common cause for an abnormal tachycardia would be a congenital accessory bypass tract that is either overt or concealed. (remember that all fetuses and babies have very rapid hr which is abnormal for older children but normal for them.).
