Mechanism?: Did u have an injury to your sacrum or is this related to your previous 'spinal surgery'? Or is this an insufficiency ( osteopenic )fracture? Need more information to answer your question.Most sacral fractures are treated non operatively ( unless associated w/ other fractures of the pelvis... And 'displaced'. Best of luck!
