Probably not: Probably not. Smoking may increase your neutrophil count by causing lung inflammation after chronic use, but if you only smoked a cigarette in the morning it is unlikely that it affected your result. If you are a relatively heavy smoker it's another story but still, the most likely cause of neutrophilia is infection. Please also see my answer to your previous question.
