Chest pains: Could be heart burn, reflux, pleuritis, anxiety, muscle sprain, costochondritis, asthma variant, bronchitis, etc. Etc....As so many things it could be. So getting an exam will pin point the real cause, which at his age, is probably something very treatable. Good luck.
