What state?: In california, there is a state-sponsored family planning program that covers all types of birth control, annual exams, & permanent sterilization (lsc tubal, essure) procedures. Family pact (sofp) can be signed up for in most offices if you qualify (income based eligibility). Check with planned parenthood if you have one in your state & good luck with your search. Private insurance works too.
