First period: The first period after an abortion of miscarriage is often a little "off." hopefully you are starting birth control to avoid another unplanned pregnancy. This will also control and regulate your menstrual cycle. Consider a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud or Nexplanon so you don't have to remember to take something every day.
