Yes shot of cortison: Yes they do if other treatments like heel;foot sreching exercises, night splint, shoes with good support, wearing a heel cup, custom made shoe inserts, wearing a boot cast foe3to6 weeks if these do not help than steroid injections can be used and will be helpful.
