? Bowel habits: This kinds of symptoms are usually due to constipation and bowel gas.May be this is not a spasm due to muscle rather it may be due to excessive gas in alimentary canal ( stomach and intestines). Do you have regular bowel habits? Do you have acid reflux?

Bowel spasms: Spasms under your right rib case may indicate gall bladder disease. Consult your doctor for a possible ultrasound of your gall bladder.
