Your immunity may be: Low. Winter is cold and flu season. See your doc for a check up. Please avoid touch your eyes, nose, and mouth in cold season. Wash hands often but don't get anxious over it. Supplement w/vitamin c morning and evening, not just once a day. C has a half-life of 12 hrs. Peace and good health.

Immune system drop: Colds are more common for just about everyone in the winter. Mucus membranes in the nose are drier and thus, less protective. Also, people spend more time indoors and in close contact, increasing the transmission of viruses. Vigorous exercise can suppress the immune system, whereas light exercise boosts the immune system.
