Have had constant chest pains over 3 months causing other pains. went to the er twice, got tested and they found nothing serious, but unsure. ideas?

There are: A number of causes including the serious ones which the ed eliminated temporarily. The ed's job is not to do an exhaustive evaluation for every cause, but rather to eliminate those that could cause morbidity and mortality. Make an appointment to spend some time with your doctor as this issue begs a lot of questions..To many for here.
