Clarify: Need more detail please, often anxiety at night resulting in inability to sleep is because of worry during the day that you have not had time to process because you were to busy. At night your mind has time to contemplate your concerns and if you don't resolve them you cannot sleep. Take time to write down what concerns you when it happens, then set aside time specifically to meditate/process.

Consider hypnosis: If you are concerned about insomnia you should learn about hypnotherapy. It is something anyone can learn, takes just a session or two and can cure insomnia without using medication at all. It also reduces stress. Find a qualified psychologist to help you learn how hypnosis can help.
