A member asked:

Is a level of 10.8 mg vitamin e okay for breastfeeding mother or should it be higher?. and if it should be higher, is it safe to supplement with more?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Forget it!: There is little reason to believe that taking vitamine would help anyone. To get blood levels checked is certainly excessive and unnecessary as there is no medical condition i can think of that can be helped by doing what you are doing.
