I have been experiencing some hair loss. i havent noticed any bald spots or big patches of hair loss. but i do notice a lot more in my hands when i run my fingers through it. 7-10 strands everytime. this also happens everytime i wash my hair. ?
Is there a way to decrease hair loss? males from both sides of my parents are bald. i exercise and generally eat healthy but i have a recessing hair line. i also notice many hairs on my hands when showering.
