Help! need to know if there's a correlation to second hand smoke and acne?

Probably not: However, you should not be in a situation in which you're forced to tolerate second-hand smoke. This is the 21st century, not the 1950s. It's unhealthy generally and you should make your case on this.

There is: Tobacco smoke, whether primary or second-hand increases acne. Far greater with the individual smoking, but if second hand smoke exposure is intense enough, can do it too.
