Please help docs! is sleeping with earphones on bad?

Not advised: I would not advise falling asleep with earbuds in while listening to music. That could lead to foreign bodies into the ear canal or trauma as a result of such. Try a speaker or headphones that cover the ear rather than go into the ear canal.
