Can you explain if it's true smoking can slow up your endurance?

It can impair your: Endurance, because it reduces the oxygen level in your body while increasing the carbon monoxide in your body, also causes blood vessels to clamp down, causing deprivation of oxygen from muscles and other important tissues. Exercise can partially overcome those problems, but does not eliminate them. It also causes emphysema, bronchitis, heart attacks, strokes and many cancers. Plus other damage.
