A member asked:

Can you explain if it's really that hard to quit smoking?

No easy answer: That all depends on how long you've been smoking, how much you smoke each day, which ways you've attempted to quit smoking, and how many previous attempts you've made to quit. It would be best to look into smoking cessation programs, check out the patch, and maybe consider counseling for smoking as an addiction.

Depends: On how long you have smoked and how much as well as your will power. Every person is different and it is easy for some and difficult for others. You have to want to quit in order to quit. Mind over matter.
