Uhhh...: While there are congenital deformities of the mouth, I have never heard of a baby being born without a month. This may have occurred, but it would be very uncommon.

Genetic cause : There are genetic disorders that can result in such severe facial deformities. Trisomy 18 is one example These are extremely rare.
