If it is immediately: after procedure ( post OP ) due to medication , procedure related catheterization possible to have transient incontinence ( bed wetting ) If it is not still have it need to consult urologist for urodynamic studies , unlikely is due to procedure

Maybe: If it happens once or twice early in the postop period, in may be related to the general anesthesia affecting the bladder function. If it is persistent, or associated with a burning sensation, call your surgeon to have the urine checked for infection., Hope this helps!
