Please advise if it's normal for me to hear/sense my own snoring in sleep?

Not usually: You may be causing yourself to awaken and then may be hearing the tail end of a snore. If your airway is blocked or partially blocked, it can cause an arousal waking you from sleep. As you awaken, you may hear your snoring. As this may be due to sleep apnea, you may wish to consider further testing.
