Probably not: Numbness in the nose is a rare symptom and I am not sure what that is but it very unlikely to be the result of sinus disease. A stuffy nose can be nasal allergy and depending on how long the nasal stuffiness has been present could just be a viral infection. If these symptoms persist see either an allergist or an ENT doctor.
