I'm not sure but is there anything you can do for a person that is addicted to drugs but they won't go to rehab?

'rehab' isnt a place: If the person is willing to get help, there are intensive outpatient programs combined with ambulatory detoxification (if necessary) that can be just as effective, and even more effective than an inpatient program. However, if the person is unwilling to admit they have a problem and/or get help, I suggest you try Alanon for your own issues. They may give you info that may help you deal with it.
