Mild fever: A temperature of 100.6 would be considered a mild fever, but if the adolescent girl is otherwise well, it isn't anything to be too worried about.

Is 100.6 degrees high enough to be a fever for a 15 year old girl?

Many definitions: There are many definitions of "fever", and in many children's hospitals, anything above 100.4 would be considered a fever. Other's would argue that for older children like your's, >101 is a fever. But by anyone's definition, this is only a slight elevation above normal body temp and may or may not be clinically important. If you are concerned about her health, see her primary doctor.
