My 3 year old girl is having 100.5 fever only is it normal to have only fever and not any other symptom and what should i give her?

Questionable fever: Temperature may be slightly elevated from activity. Push fluids and that should help decrease temp. If temp remains elevated give either tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen.Observe for onset of symptoms or increase in temperature.

Fevers have a cause: My experience with this both as a father and as a doctor is that ear infections are commonly the cause of otherwise unexplainable symptoms and fever. Kids and fevers do not mix well so getting him seen soon would be best.
