Possibly: It is not a great idea to take a medication like lithium, or any mood stabilizer, in an otc method. You may not get the results that are best and being monitored is part of the process.

No, but: no, but do not eat too much. also, long term regular use might lead to some problems. Otherwise – might be problematic, but not "dangerous"
