Lip Balm use: That is one of many lip balms available on the market. With the understanding that I am not a specialist in this area, i would think your sex plays no role as far as a reason not to use it. What is best for you can be best answered by your own physician or a dermatologist, depending upon the reason for the dry lips.

Yes: A girl would much rather kiss a boy with soft lips than one with really dry lips. And it you don't kiss- healthy lips look more attractive than dried, peeling, chapped ones. Don't let being a boy stop you from taking care of your skin and your healthy. If you find products with sunscreen in them -all the better. Take care.
