Don't stay in bed: If you have to lay down, use a recliner. You don't want to develop habits that will result in chronic insomnia like learning that the bed is not a place for sleep. Only stay in bed when sleepy for no more than 8hrs. Ask your doctor for muscle relaxant and try to stretch and swim. If you are depressed, get treatment.

Sorry to hear about: Your pain and issues. I hate to say it, but you are suppose to be 14 years old to use this site. That being said, it sounds like you are depressed, please talk to your parents about this. If they are not available, talk to a physician, including your pediatrician to offer ways to help. I am sorry i cannot help more, but my thoughts are with you and best wishes!
