Not enough: Information to recommend any course of action. Discuss with physician performing or responsible for having "radiation" performed. Btw assume radioactive ablation or thyroid?

Thyroid surgeon: A thyroid surgeon would be best to answer your question, but after radiation therapy there probably is no point in thyroid surgery as there will be a lot of destruction and scarring of the gland depending on the radiation dose administered. Perhaps you only need adjustment of your thyroid replacement therapy.
