1 egg + 1 sperm: Only you know if you are "at risk" for pregnancy by exposure, so if yes, then it is possible to have a "normal" period and be pregnant, or spotting. If concerned, take a home pregnancy test to answer the question more definitively and reduce anxiety. Then, consider condoms as effective protection from unintended pregnancy and stds.
