IT MAY BE: Cramping can be normal, but it is important to alert your OB for continuity of care and let them know how you are feeling and exactly what your symptoms are. Best wishes.

May be normal: Some pregnant women may feel cramps early in pregnancy. If there is bleeding, then i'd start feeling concerned about possible miscarriage. Hopefully the cramps will go away with time.
