Maybe paxil (paroxetine): All ssris can have sexual side effects of decreased libido or function. If however, there is sexual dysfuction due to depression or anxiety, function can improve when mood improved. Typically, Paxil (paroxetine) has more sexual and other side effects than zoloft.
