Ovarian cysts: Ovarian cysts, unless they're solid and complex, generally do not have any hormonal activity and won't affect your periods nor give pregnancy symptoms. It's possible that if you're creating cysts though that you have a hormonal imbalance that can lead to symptoms like bloating. See a doctor if you're worried and this is persistent.
