Hi, had one swollen tonsil for over a month, noticed a white spot & when prodded produced white pus, no pain as such just ached sometimes, what is it?

Sometimes the tonsils may become chronically infected, painful, or swollen. Then it may be time to consider removal. You should see an otolaryngologist and discuss.
