0 to 20 drinks: The typical safe range for men is 12-14 standard drinks (5 oz glass of wine, 12 oz bottle of beer, shot of liquor). Depending on your health, 0 might be better. Above 14 you increasingly enter the "high risk" zone. Equally important is the number per episode. 5 or more is high risk. Weight is also a factor.
