Not Sure: Not sure why your skin is clearer or if it affects hormone levels significantly with amitriptyline. However it is an older tricyclic anti-depressant, maybe your mood is better therefore you look better and feel better about yourself?

Probably not: I don't doubt that your skin looks clearer and improved since starting the medication, however, there is likely no correlation between Amitriptyline 10 mg and any readily visible changes in skin coloration, complexion, or texture. Just to be clear, I am not saying that hormonal changes cannot affect the skin but rather the medication itself is unlikely related to your observations.
