Restless leg syndrom: Restless leg syndrome encompasses many issue: involuntary movement; crawling tingling feelings, and cramps. Deficiencies in magnesium, potassium are causes and may help, particularly if you take a "fluid" pill. Calcium may help too. But there are several medicines that work quite well that your doctor can prescribe, if you do have restless leg syndrome.
