Lipoma?: A movable subcutaneous mass in region of latissimus dorsi and that is not inflamed or painful is most likely a benign lipoma. Absent other symptoms, a cancerous growth is most unlikely. That said, a doctor needs to actually feel the mass to give the best differential diagnosis.
