Seems unlikely: I am skeptical that severe pain after a meal would be an ovarian torsion. Possibly a cyst could become more symptomatic after a meal but that is not the same. Hopefully, when you say removed you mean the cyst and not the whole ovary, and you should be trying to preserve your ovaries as much as possible.

Correct diagnosis?: Eating to fill stomach does nothing to do with ovarian torsion although it may occur and recur at any given time. So, focus on watching and recording to log what you eat and drink so hopefully to pin-point any food-related incompatibility.
