Oxygen...: You don't need supplemental oxygen unless your pulse ox is less than 88%. Most healthy 35 year olds have an oxygen saturation of at least 95% but there can be many reasons for having an oxygen sat in the lower 90's including being overweight, bronchospasm, gerd, etc. So, if you are short of breath or if your oxygen sat is persistently in the low 90's, see your doctor for evaluation/treatment.
